Art in Isolation: Recent Works by Thomas U. Gessler

The Studio@620 will host an exhibit of recent photographic works by Thomas U. Gessler. Art in Isolation is a selection of pieces (photographs and digital art) begun during the Covid-19 lockdown. An opening reception will be held on Friday February 10 from 6:00-8:00 PM. The gallery will also be open during Second Saturday Art Walk on February 11, 2023 from 5:00 – 9:00 PM.  Admission is free and open to the public.

Thomas U. Gessler was born in 1949. He graduated from Eckerd College in 1972 with a BA in Painting & Photography. He was employed at the Museum of Fine Arts, St. Petersburg, as a Preparator & Photographer until his retirement in 2015. He continues his art practice in Gulfport, Florida.
