Social Justice InitiativeThe [email protected] and American Stage invite you to a discussion event as part of Black History Month and American Stage’s conversation series “Speak the Dream: A Legacy of Lessons and Blessings” on Monday February 7, 2022 at The [email protected] A pre-event reception will be held from 6:00-7:00 PM with the talk scheduled from 7:00-9:00 PM.
This kick-off event to American Stage’s Black History Month Celebration will be an evening honoring Phyllis Yvonne Stickney, Jennifer Leigh Warren and one of the most influential shapers of St. Pete’s creative community Bob Devin Jones. Join American Stage at [email protected] for a conversation between these three great artists, hosted by American Stage’s Producing Artistic Director and Resident Playwright, Rajendra Ramoon Maharaj.
Admission is free but advanced reservations are needed. Masks are requested while inside the building.
