1. Does the Studio have a parking lot?

No, but there is street parking around our location.

2. Does my event ticket come with reserved seating?

The Studio@620 offers open seating, so you can choose your favorite place when you arrive . Honestly, there’s no “bad” seat in the space, you can’t go wrong!

3. What time do doors open for a show?

Generally, the Studio@620 is open 30 minutes prior to posted start time for events.

4. Is there an age limit for attending events?

Performances and exhibitions are open to all ages, but we request young people under 18 be accompanied by an adult. Please note some events may not be appropriate for all audiences. These rare occurrences are noted as such in the event description.

5. The event I would like to attend is sold out. Is there a waitlist available if someone cancels?

It is rare that we get cancellations for event tickets. Occasionally we can offer standing room options. If you’re willing to take a chance, come to the show and check with our staff to see if anything is available.

6. I have had a change in plans and need to cancel my ticket. Can I get a refund? Or change my ticket date?

Yes, you may receive a refund or change the ticket date. Please send a refund or date change request to producer@thestudioat620.org
