In a Bogey and Bacall parody, the wise-cracking detective and his sultry partner find trouble in the tropics. Paul Wilborn and Eugenie Bondurant (remember Noel Berlin and Belle?) renew their wise-cracking banter in “Calypso Pearl” by Steve Bretschneider. James Rayfield’s “Somewhere Over…” is a political satire with local flavor, and Terry Faust is back with more satirical lunacy in “Lives of the Welders”.
