“A high-octane remix of identity, rhythm, and belonging.”

During a school lesson on the Civil Rights Movement, a young Latino/a asks a simple question: “Where did we sit on the bus?” The teacher doesn’t have an answer. What follows is a high-energy, soul-searching, and theatrical tour de force. Directed by Studio@620 Artist-in-Residence Alexa Pérez, this dynamic production uses live-looped hip-hop beats, spoken word, and vibrant storytelling to explore what it means to be Latiné in America. It is a rhythmic, funny, and deeply poignant quest for identity that will leave your heart racing.
