We rely on volunteers to bring art, creativity and innovation to our community. Our volunteers take on a variety of tasks in different roles, from organizing the space to seating guests. Your help makes all the difference in making events at The Studio@620 come to life.
Frequently Asked Questions
Volunteer opportunities are posted once an event’s details have been finalized and the volunteer needs are identified. Some events are planned months in advance, while others might not be known until a month or week in advance. This is the nature of the events that The Studio@620 presents. Many events will be posted about one to two months before the event date.
We use SignUpGenius as our tool for coordinating our volunteers. This PDF contains a step-by-step guide to using SignUpGenius. You can always reach out to us if you have any questions.

The times shown on SignUpGenius are when you should arrive. Normally we ask volunteers to arrive 45 minutes before the official start of an event.
Please wear closed-toed shoes for safety purposes.
